Book: Real Estate & Construction Guide 2011 in English

The Slovak Spectator presents the fourteenth edition of its annual property guide, which offers readers a view of the current real estate and construction environment across Slovakia. The guide provides a range of information and allows a better understanding of local market specifics.

In this edition Slovakia’s minister of transport, construction and regional development along with leading representatives and experts from the real estate and construction sectors share their views on highway construction; the situation in the residential real estate market and the market for rental apartments; suburbanisation; green buildings; warehouse and logistics space; and factory-outlet centres. Real estate experts also unveil their expectations for the remainder of 2011 and for 2012.

The 2011 edition also lets you know ‘Who’s who’ in Slovakia’s real estate sector, describes ongoing projects, provides contact details for a wide range of real estate and construction companies and offers comparative tables of real estate prices for all regions of the country.
