One such insecticide is Emamectin benzoate 5 WG with UV protectant belonging to Avermectin group which was developed by M/s Syngenta (India) Ltd. It is superior over already existing Emamectin benzoate 5 SG in relation to increased efficacy against lepidopteran caterpillars and is relatively safe to non-target organisms.
