Occupational stress is a verysignificant issue which negatively affects theindividual, the family of that individual, and theemploying organizationThis study investigated the possible relationshipsamong gender, job satisfaction, organizationalcommitment, and occupational stress levels. Possibleinteractions with gender and job satisfaction as wellas gender and organizational commitment onoccupational stress were also explored. Participantsincluded employees from three organizations: anorthopedic clinic, social service office, and organand tissue donation company.
