In the immediate turmoil of my life, I didnt have to be distressed in the waiting process. I believed He would help me, but I could have peace in the midst of all that was going on around and about me and the effect it had on me. Isaiah 26:3 says, You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You (ESV). I was learning to trust the Lord! To me, He is an Ever-Present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). I saw the Lord as a Right Now Help in Right Now Trouble for me, and He still is.
