With the apocalypse predicted by the Mayans only months away, Annie is told that she is the key to saving humanity. The fate of the world is in her hands, but she has no idea what to do.

Along with her six closest friends and two other immortals, Annie travels the world looking for clues of what the apocalypse might bring. Their travels are complicated by the secret society known as the Illuminati, who believe Annie must be killed before she can transform into an immortal, thus preventing the apocalypse predicted to occur on December 21, 2012.

About the Author: R.A. McClanahan resides in New London, Ohio, where she is working on the sequel. The main characters are based loosely on the author's children and their friends.
