O knihe
This book is written based on a systematic and in-depth study on interface mechanics issues in marine engineering structures and equipment. It begins by establishing an accurate analysis model for the stress field at the interface crack tip, extracting basic interface issues for any combination of two materials. It focuses on interface strength in defective marine metal composite and structures and proposes relevant strength analysis model and asymptotic damage mechanism of composite material pipelines and joint interfaces. An exploration for the mechanism of strength evolution and attenuation under complex ocean conditions is made, and the dynamical prediction for ultimate bearing capacity considering the strength attenuation of material and interface is given, and a detection method for interface damage of composite pipe cables is proposed. With combined method of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental verification, it provides valuable knowledge and practical techniques that can be applied in emerging marine engineering area. Researchers, scientists and engineers in the field of offshore engineering equipment can benefit from the book.
