Here a total synthesis of some 2-substituted indole derivatives like 2-phenyl indole and 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro carbazole and their N-protection by some new trial reagent as a Benzyl bromide and Allyl bromide successfully protect an indole derivatives and it gives a pure compound by Column chromatography method. also, synthesized Formylation by Vilsmaiyer-Hack reaction to attached aldehyde group on 3-position of substituted indole using of DMF+POCl3 reagent.
