In this tale a man starts life there teaching at a local junior school and marries his Scottish dream sweetheart, who runs her own business. His business life abounds, then he meets a successful writer of totally different outlooks and opinions, who takes him mentally down a completely different route and journey, whilst his wife finds herself a sidekick lover in her own working establishment.
