LBK stands for Little Black Kitty. It also is an abbreviation for Lubbock (Texas), where we lived when we were visited by the cutest little black kitty. Unfortunately, the timing was not right for us to keep him, but several photos were taken for later reference. My tribute to this little fellow was to take him on some of the same trips that I was able to take years later. I imagined what LBK might have thought or done in various situations as he explored his world through my reference photographs. The medium of choice was acrylic canvas paintings with LBK as an integral part of the story. Prints of individual paintings are available through https://www.candiglancyartist.com.
