Such modern endovascular procedures challenge operation as the best therapeutic modality of venous insuf¿ciency. Several researches were described Ultrasound guided foam sclerotherapy (UGFS) a promising modality owing to the relatively great safety rates, simple procedure and require low charge in comparison with other modalities. The discrepancies among the researches are significant, UGFS variation is utilized and several records outcomes following repeated UGFS.
