After risk analysis it is concluded that heart disease is much diagnosed disease in Pakistan. From surveys, conducted by different scholars/professionals it has been found that the ratio is about 200,000 per year. This high rate confirms that heart diseases causes major deaths. Heart disease cases are leading death all over the world and death ratio is increasing every year. It is also known as silent killer of a human. Data mining now a days is very popular in various fields but in health care it has own importance due to large data available for diagnosis. This data is not using for extracting meaningful information and for useful knowledge. Business intelligence tool also provides measurement to solve real time health diagnosis in various forms. Study is dependent on Echo and ETT procedures results as ECG procedure is not that descriptive at which cardiologist can make decisions. A cardiologist only takes a decision from the above mentioned results. Therefore Echo and ETT are the required fields of heart diseases. Diagnosis of heart problem in the initial stage is more important.
