Ancient ayurvedic palmleaf manuscripts with ayurvedic formulations in Sanskrit and telugu languages were collected. The script in palm-leaves is belongs to 17th and 18th century by considering certain terms. Read thoroughly, documented and translated to english language. It reveals the presence of 164 medicinal plants among which black rice attracts me attention towards. seeds were collected cultivated made a powder. Powder analysis in the laboratory reveals that the presence of pharmacological activities such as antidiabetic, anti arthritic, anti cancerous, antioxidant activities. It also revealed monoherbal and polyherbal formulations which cures many diseases. It also reported herbo-mineral formulations which cures chronic diseases. Alchemy related formulations and purification of minerals also reported. My research journey is like swimming across the oceans by selecting a pebble from each ocean.
