O knihe

In recent times, the increase in domestic crimes, in which most of the victims are women, has drawn attention. However, the author was interested in the fact that among so many numbers involving women victims, there was a portion in which men appeared as victims, and so this motivated him to research more on the subject and understand the context in which domestic crimes in general occur, and more specifically violence against men, and how the Mozambican legal structure welcomes and views these crimes, and how society sees it. In this context, criminality is a social fact of great relevance worldwide, and it can be a humanistic problem that affects not only contemporaneity, but since the past times of humanity, submitted here in a wave where a thorough study is required. The present thesis addresses the theme: "Domestic Crimes in Mozambique: the man, victim or tormentor?". Developed in the Mozambican context, taking into account the index of domestic crimes involving gender. Trying to understand how it happens, in legal terms, the criminal responsibility in domestic crimes and the possibilities of men being victims.
