The people are demanding better governance at a time when they appear ¿powerist¿ in Europe and ¿corruptogenic¿ in Africa. This book aims to stimulate reflection on commitment, on the thought of Simone Weil, for social democracy and for tropicalized capitalism. This work also reveals from Senegal, a West African country, facts universally not isolated from the political party on political dialogue and elections, on stratagems and conflicts between politicians, a name attributed to members of political parties. He recommends non-partisan civil governance of the State which does not crush the political party but which dominates it in order to extract from it this ¿surplus value¿ arising from the surplus work of its specialization on public or even political matters.
