This work is intended as a guideline for the development of Learn_IT!, or 'L'italiano a portata di mano', a multimedia mobile application accessible through mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets and laptops. As a practical language learning tool, Learn_IT! will help adult migrants study Italian language not only from a pragmatical, functional and instrumental perspective but also from an integrative point of view.
