Modern approaches to agricultural land assessment

A special place within the framework of measures related to the deepening of market economy and modernization of production is played by improving the efficiency of land use, which is the national wealth of the country. This largely depends on how deeply and comprehensively its most important properties have been studied. This rule applies above all to agricultural land, the correct use of which can be based on a consistent approach to the development of a scientifically sound set of measures and the observance of lessons learned in land use practices, as well as the study of the characteristics of agricultural land. At the same time, the assessment of land, in particular the assessment of agricultural land and the use of its results, is of great practical importance. Land assessment data and, in general, land assessment play an important role in increasing the material interest of peasants in land use. However, practical recommendations on differentiation of purchase prices for basic agricultural products, definition of crop yields, practically by regions, taking into account natural and economic conditions of some areas, have been developed.
