Lisa has also deepened her yoga and meditation practice by becoming a 500-hr. certified yoga teacher, and a master level reiki practitioner. The practice of yoga has changed her life. It has allowed her to heal from physical, emotional and relationship trauma. Yoga is also where the poetry started to flow. Poetry and yoga have been, and still are, a huge part of her healing journey and her personal evolution.
