Heliostat is a device, consisting of a mirror and a solar tracking system, to reflect solar sunbeams toward a fix target point or direction. They can be used, for example, as a source of natural lighting or as concentration systems in thermal and photovoltaic applications. This manuscript describes a new simple polar heliostatic system suitable for small applications whose movement is controlled by a unique engine, reflecting sunbeams parallel to the Earth's axis with pointing average errors around thousandths of a radian.
