This book contain all data purely research based. In this research work, the author tried to design some suitable radio-pharmaceutical for diagnosis of malignant diseases. For this purpose, he used chemotherapeutic drugs as vehicle for radionuclide (i.e. Technetium-99m) to transport it to the malignant tissues of the body. The quality control parameters for labeling were keenly optimized, characterization of newly develop radio-pharmaceuticals was also performed. Furthermore, tissue distribution studies, bacterial (in vivo & in vitro) studies and scientigraphic studies were also performed to see the bio-compatibility of these newly developed radio-pharmaceuticals.
