The present time is characterized by a growing scientific-technical development. In it, the culture reached by the man opens the doors towards the attainment of high levels of sports competitiveness. These possibilities are combined with high demands in sports competitions at international level, where mercantilist interests are manifested. In this direction, today there is a series of conceptual, structural and operative changes in the competitive models, which depend on the great variations in the systems of preparation of the athlete; as well as in the scientific direction of the sport teacher and the corresponding technological base of the training process. A distinctive feature of these changes is the inexorable increase of the physical loads on the athlete.
