Haricot DE lima. Grains très-gros; épais d'un blanc - sale, cosse large, courte, un peu rude et chagrinée comme celle du haricot d'espagne. C'est une variété remarquable par son énorme produit et la qualité farineuse de son grain; mais il est un peu délicat et tardif, et n'obtient la maturité d'une partie des gousses qu'en l'avan cant sur couche dans de petits pots pour le planter ensuite en mai, un à la tou¿'e on le mange écossé en vert. Il rame très - haut.
