Unable to think like a rational human being, she lashes out. The police, army and several others get involved, each with their own motives and agendas. She is hunted down for both what she knows and the mutated cells inside her.
Unable to control her, Duncan, the soldier responsible for capturing her, gets desperate. While unleashing all the military resourses at his disposal, the body count increases. As his mind turns darker, so do his methods.
