My experience deals with west Bengali"India" about health entails the social characteristics of women, health seeking behavior, family planning, child health, water, sanitation and hygiene practices by women. Why 80% do not have health insurance? 87% have certain reasons, why they do not vaccinate their children? Why 80% do not treat drinking water? What are similar studies talking about? What was the drive for the author to do this study all the way from Africa (Rwanda- a country of a thousand hills) to India (west Bengali state) inside the Book.
