Bone fracture healing is an exceptionally remarkable procedure since, unlike soft tissue healing, which leads to scar formation; the end result of normal healing is the regeneration of the anatomy of the bone and complete return to function. The basic understanding of bone tissues for its remodeling and repairing mechanism for homeostasis, bone development and growth in normal as well as in pathological conditions are mentioned.
