The present work reflects the work experience of the teacher and publication of a book entitled, "The last lesson and subtitled "Between instruct and educate" product of the work of the teacher author of the work, which is developed within the context of a Rural Teacher Training School which the author calls "The Great Lady". Plutarco Elías Calles", the analysis of the state of the matter, the teacher's taste for subjects related to professional ethics, values, behavior, the achievement of academic objectives and a qualitative analysis of the national context of normalism, its behaviors, ideologies and the anachronism existing within these contexts that affects the academic performance of students, resulting in the creation of a playful reading text that mixes curricular content with the objective of raising the taste for academic achievement, ethics and values of the reader and inhibiting anachronistic behaviors far from the academic objective.
