Those administrators that allow teachers to teach to their strong suite, you are every bit the difference makers in a school and are the most appreciated visionary in a school to teachers. Students, you lovely, aggravating, little people who control more than you know. It is you who touch teacher's lives and make impressions that we will never forget. You are not a green, red, or yellow card. You are not an above, average, or below label. You are an individual that has the greatest potential to conquer anything with the correct motivation and tools to identify and solve problems. When students and teachers make connections and believe in each other they achieve success.
