The educational problems of a country reflect and focus themselves on human development of children and young people dominated by economic and social conditions. Education brings a wide range of benefits for both individuals and societies.



Vast efforts must be made in the next decade to accommodate those seeking education. If this objective cannot be accomplished, we shall be exposed to serious social and political upheavals, which in the final analysis will also affect economic trends in every country.
