Hydro-meteorological data are very essential for the proper development and management of water resources. But these data are not measured adequately and made available for utilizations in most areas. In the absence of adequate data one of the options to estimate the design flow is to develop models applicable to ungauged catchments. One of such model is synthetic unit hydrograph. This Book has been designed as a general guideline for the development of Synthetic Unit Hydrographs (SUH). It shows the easies methods and procedures that can be applied in developing SUH.
