The author hopes that this and future books will inspire children of all ages to realize that everyone is different and have many great qualities. She also writes in hopes that we should never leave any stone unturned and enjoy life by living in the moment every day.

About the Author

Author Nora A. Shipe has loved writing for years. As a young teen she enjoyed writing stories for projects and even entered her stories in contests. The stories she wrote won many awards while in school. She always had a dream of writing a book and to have many people enjoy her stories. As she grew older, she continued to write personal journals, which has helped to enhance her writing skills.

Shipe lives in the beautiful mountains of the Shenandoah Valley in Woodstock, Virginia. When she is not creating new stories, she enjoys hiking in the mountains and spending time with her two children and five dogs. Shipe is a long-time animal lover and has had many different animals at her home, including llamas, horses, ducks, chickens, and goats. These animals have been the inspiration for most of her stories.
