O knihe

After the Second World War European states engaged to build a new future without wars in the old continent. France and Germany took the initiative to create the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC). The number of member states increased with time. Also Turkey began the steps to join the union. Its road toward integration is difficult with ups and downs. The Arab Spring, Syrian conflict, refugee crisis and war against terrorism influenced the process. In this paper we will treat one of the main problems today for the EU and Turkey: Refugee Crisis. How did the EU and Member States respond to refugee crisis? What did Turkey do by its own? Did the deal on the refugees between the EU and Turkey resolve the problems?
