About Book: This book is based on a research conducted with an objective to construct skill test in Kabaddi. For the purpose of the study, 100 male Kabaddi players were selected as the subjects. Age of the subjects was ranging from 18 to 28 years. The study was taken on the basis of available literature on specific kabaddi skills & muscular strength and their tests findings of the related research studies. Keeping in the mind about specific purpose of the study, eight test items i.e. Toe touch, Hand touch, Right grip strength, Left grip strength, Leg strength, Back strength, Foot work and drag & leg thrust were selected. By using factor analysis, test was constructed to measure the playing ability of Kabaddi players. This is very benificial for physical education professionals and coaches of the game Kabaddi.
