Migrant¿s workers are the engine of growth from centuries which have been working day and night for the economic success of any region across the globe. On the other side, they are the most vulnerable and have no access to any kind of social security. The forced reverse migration from urban to rural areas will have a significant impact on the demography, society and economy of rural India. These are migrants who move back and forth undertaking a vast array of casual work in construction, manufacturing, services, and farm sector. They are part of Indiäs unorganized, informal workforce estimated over 350 million that remains excluded from services and rights as workers and citizens, in their rural homes and in their places of work in urban, industrial, and rural areas.
