One witness to that bombing was Electric Fred who listens to radio static on his Walkman and writes conspiracy theories in his notebooks. Fred's rantings about evil forces are easy to dismiss until those warnings start coming true. At its heart, People's Park is a love letter to freaks and weirdos everywhere, and a true '80s coming-of-age bizarro horror novel that reads like Stranger Things with punk rock, skateboards and a dose of mind-bending Sci-Fi.
