I remember all of these things and others, like the gentle, warm way her touch felt and the absolute shock of her now being gone; like folks who cared enough to listen to me and others, like mountaintops in the foggy fall dusk, falling stars at night, saying goodnight to my 6 year old daughter almost 20 years ago, permanent goodbyes to old friends and so much more. I remember----as if they just happened yesterday. The real stuff. I have made these journeys and now I share them with you. Please pass them on. They are a part of the foundation of life and need to live on if any of us are to move forward. Enjoy. And remember.
