O knihe
With life having become a revolving door of uninspiring living, Julian Costa takes flight on an aimless itinerary to Europe, only to find himself on a journey he had no intention of walking: El Camino Francés. Along the ancient route he befriends and clashes with many pilgrims and Euro customs, encounters a band of religious radicals, all the while battling his infatuation with a young and vibrant Italian peregrina, who has her own secrets for walking the Camino. The struggle to find inspiration and meaning through a challenging array of weather and terrain, recluse villages and big city mayhem, will surely test this peregrinos grit, wit and spirit, if he is ever going to survive the great trek to Compostela. A Camino Story is loitered with the realities of the great walk and leaves no village or big city behind in its path to uncover, just who is responsible for the beat downs and murders of "bad pilgrims" walking the Caminos for over the past three decades.
