The administration is the set of bodies that perform administrative, not political, activities. Conceptually, administrative law is the harmonious set of principles that govern public agencies, agents, and activities. The administration has the right to exercise its prerogatives directly, without having to resort to the judiciary. The main right of the contractor is to receive the price, in collaboration contracts, in the manner and time agreed upon, or likewise the provision of services by the administration, in assignment contracts.
