Throughout the coloring book the reader gains valuable insights about the importance of adoption, spaying & neutering, volunteering, and a variety of other canine related issues, while simultaneously raising funds and awareness for the Athens county dog shelter. 100%% of the proceeds collected will be donated to Friends of the Shelter Dogs, a non-profit organization that provides assistance to the dogs in the Athens County Dog Shelter by providing veterinary support, sterilization, rescue operations and the promotion of the dogs in the shelter to help prevent the euthanization of adoptable dogs.
