Prevention is the fundamental scenario since the modification of risk factors can reduce cardiovascular events and premature death, both in people with established cardiovascular disease and in those at high cardiovascular risk with the objective of: to determine the influence of an educational program on cardiovascular risk factors in young adults. A quasi-experimental study was carried out with 29 young adults classified as at risk of CVD.
