Section 4. Further extension - In addition [to the territory hereinbefore mentioned, the said limits of the City of Atlanta shall be extended along the tracks of the Georgia Railroad to the line dividing the property formerly owned by Mrs. R. M. Clarke, and now owned by the East Atlanta Land Company, from the place owned by Mrs. Ed Holland, and thence Northwardly along said line, along the property of the East Atlanta Land Company, and thence Westwardly along the line of said Company back to the present limits of the City of Atlanta.
