Agriculture is of great importance and is part of the economy of the countries where it is practiced. It constitutes an important base of food resources. This agriculture is threatened by climate change which is nowadays at the center of concerns of both scientific actors and policy makers at the global level (Ali, 2010 ; Niang, 2009) and at the local level Togo (CSIGERN )Climate change is one of the many obstacles to human development and food security (Boko, 1988).
