With this I beg to transmit to you the report of the Surgeon in-chief of the New York State Hospital for the Care of Crippled and Deformed: Children for the year ending September 30, 1901, said year being actually the ten months during which the hos pital has been in existence.

This report, I would add, has been submitted to the Board of Managers and adopted and approved by them.
