This book is an attempt to understand the fundamentals and basics of organic reactive intermediates, reaction mechanism, name reaction and their applications in organic synthesis. There are about twenty-nine basic organic reactions and six reactive intermediates to understand the concepts of organic synthesis. It is specially designed for teaching and practicing the synthetic organic chemistry for the under graduate and post graduate students of science (chemistry).
