Her family is aghast and is confronted with the medical, social and ethical dilemmas of her decision. As they are agonizing over whether cryonic preservation is the right option, they gain clarity from a very unlikely source. The narrative weaves in stories from Indian mythology and explores the conflict between medical advancement and religion to create an intriguing story about an ordinary middle-class family faced with an extraordinary situation.
