The problems of functioning of enterprises in the field of information technology require the introduction of effective approaches to management, capable of forming a high level of competitiveness and ensuring maximum satisfaction of the exclusive needs of customers. In the monograph the logistic concept serves as a tool to improve the management of IT-enterprises. The presented study actualizes the expediency of the development of theoretical and methodological provisions and development of practical recommendations for logistics management of IT-enterprises, and in this regard, is of particular interest to researchers and practitioners.
