This paper aims to present a mapping of abstracts of publications related to mobile learning, present in the journal "Revista novas tecnologia na Educação" - RENOTE in the period from 2003 to 2014. The research found a total of 70 articles that address the theme mobile learning. These articles were studied by the techniques of content analysis (CA), according to Bardin. The analysis of the articles was dimensioned in three points, two surveys and one category. As the results of this work were possible to make some inferences about the research measured by mobile devices in education.
