Dr. Hall received her Bachelor's degree from Bethune-Cookman College, Daytona Beach, Fl., Master's degree from Columbia University, NY, NY, Ph.D. degree from Florida State University , Tallahassee, Fl. After retiring, she received a Master of Divinity degree from Emory University, Candler School of Theology, Atlanta, Georgia.
