How would you think when in the age of your 22+ you have to hold stick to walk? What you would think when all common aspects of life left behind? and so many words less questions but to whom, I don't know. Perhaps such few of my experiences regarding this may help to physician and to normal spectators to know more about the feeling of a MS patient and also about the problems for what he ever have to be ready to face. Few more points I have added about that what we should eat and what we should not eat. Our meal can worse the condition or can help us at cellular level and symptomatically.
