The textbook is devoted to the "Philosophy of Ordinariness" course, which is experimental in nature and can be taught during the preparation of master's degree in "Philosophy". Ordinariness is a broad field of research on aesthetic, philosophical-cultural, existential and epistemological issues. As a taught discipline, it is based on the complex nature of the combination of different subjects of humanitarian orientation, their methodologies and factual apparatus: philosophy, history, culturology, sociology, philology, history and theory of art, as well as a number of thematic subdivisions of humanitarian knowledge. In the introduction to the textbook, the author outlines the main trends in the study of this field in history and modernity, as well as gives an idea of those classics of scientific and philosophical tradition that have played the most significant role in the study of the humanities.
