The aim of this work is to evaluate the factors of low-productivity for operations and production management in dairy industry using AHP approach. The AHP method ranks the factors according to their relative importance. This outcome of study reveals that the poor logistics and transport facilities is extremely prioritized. The managers and practitioners need to pay more attention towards distribution and procurement facilities for enhanced effectiveness.
