Knowing Roro for years, I can only suffer the physical distance away from her unreal baking abilities, actually, I currently reside in a different continent, however, the memory of her infamous pies, cakes and a whole bunch of other delightful pastries, only make me wish I was in America again. I long for the everlasting flavors of her magnificent cakes, a true - once in a lifetime experience!

Looking forward to my next trip to America cause every thing else pales in comparison.

Absolutely delicious! I've been a line cook for more than 10 years. I've worked in many four and five star restaurants. I've had many different brands of cakes and Roro wins hands down. My favorite type of cake is carrot cake and Baklava. I hope she makes carrot cake too. I'm impressed that she makes so many types of desserts.
